23.54 - Physical Distribution Strategy

The intent of this RFP is to secure one or more Proponent(s) to develop a Physical Distribution Strategy and corresponding predictive and prescriptive data model for ATB’s branch and agency network. The Physical Distribution Strategy must provide enterprise level guidance for near-term and mid-term multi-channel network planning, and align with ATB’s longer-term phygital strategy. The Physical Distribution Strategy must be client-centric, focused on the client experience, create a strengthened competitive position and allow for proactive network tactical execution plans to be determined.
